Going the Extra Mile: Pillow Logistics Group—Life Sciences
For us, it’s more than a job, it’s a responsibility. Every Pillow Logistics Group—Life Sciences team member knows that their delivery could save a life. We apply that sense of gravity to all we do.
Commitment Beyond Business as Usual
What we do isn’t just business, it’s personal. Every time a route is charted, a shipment is loaded, or delivery is ordered, people’s health and well-being are on the line. Protecting this directive's success includes ensuring that cold storage is maintained and up to date, the drivers are experienced and dependable, the routes and stops are trackable in real-time, and so much more. We are diligent in managing the details of the operation—you can depend on it.
KEEN AWARENESS, NEVER A DROP AND RUN
Serving as a driver on the Pillow Logistics Team takes more than just safe driving skills. Sometimes it takes lifesaving skills. One of our home pharmaceutical delivery drivers found one of their delivery recipients incapacitated at the bottom of their front stairs. He went the extra mile to contact medical technicians and waited to confirm that the patient was in good hands. He was then able to continue with the rest of his route and make sure that all the other patient deliveries he was responsible for were received on time.
